My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable & the stuff was very friendly and attentive. Location: the hotel was close to well kept gardens in the midst of forests as well as Safed in the east...

We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Forest View! The location on a mountain provided breathtaking forest views and a refreshing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing extra amenities like water bottles, wine, chocolates, and luxury soap. The meals were excellent, and we enjoyed activities like mini golf and ping-pong. We were especially grateful for the option to stay on the grounds after check-out and make use of the pool. The staff held onto our bags and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool is spacious and provides a great place to cool off and enjoy the sun. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and attractions.

The hotel is in need of some renovations, as there were cracks in the walls and tub, and the bathroom in our room was small and not well maintained. The noise from the elevator near our room was quite annoying and disrupted our stay.

As women travelling alone, we loved the serene forest views and cool atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner at Hacienda Forest View Hotel were exceptional. The activities like mini golf and ping-pong added to the fun.
